It was a stormy evening, and the power flickered on and off a couple of times right as it started to get dark, so I unplugged the TV and prepared things in case we lost it for a while. That meant lighting some candles, grabbing the little lantern and battery operated radio, and of course, making myself a cup of coffee before unplugging the machine!
