One of our local radio stations has been doing a "90's Throwback Weekend." Yesterday Brian brought the radio out onto the deck, and we went back and forth between rapping to songs we never thought we would hear again (Ice, Ice, Baby) to singing along to our favorites (The Freshmen, More Than Words), to groaning at some of the most terrible stuff (Mmm Bop, Bye Bye) and at our memories of actually liking some of the songs we would never now purposefully listen to (too embarrassing to name here). It was great.The steak BBQ on the lawn complete with beach tennis, a shovel and pail, and bikes were a nice way to welcome summer too. The chocolate raspberry fondue and coffee afterward weren't too bad either. ;)
