I have really been surprised at how I could do so much more than I thought...it was definitely a challenge but it felt great finding out that I could push myself! And I found out that I love walking too.
There were 8 of us, and 2 guides, trekking for a week in Southern Ireland, covering bewteen 8-14 miles a day on the Kerry Way. I fell in love with Ireland and would definitely recommend it- it's an incredibly beautiful, peaceful, spiritual place with a very relaxed way of life, and the friendliest people ever. And the scenery is stunning, absolutely beautiful. I can see why poeple love it there. Apparently they get huge numbers of Americans visiting too.
I'm sure I'll be blogging about it soon.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
